Cross border shipping:

Please ensure you know what charges to expect as we are not responsible for any additional brokerage fee/taxes.

Returns:

Due to safety and contamination we cannot accept any returns.  However, if there is an issue with a toy you have purchased, please let us know right away with photos if possible and we will do everything we can to rectify the issue!
